ADAMANT is a unique product and the only private messenger that operates entirely on the blockchain.
The ADM (ADAMANT Messenger) token is a utility token that supports a decentralized infrastructure, which is why ADAMANT can operate independently of governments, corporations, or even developers. You can obtain ADM through crypto exchanges or anonymously through the buy tokens page.

 


 

Security and Reliability

ADAMANT is a reliability system based on the blockchain and integrates the following concepts:
Decentralized. The blockchain represents an immutable distributed database. Data can be stored but not altered, making it suitable for secure and open data storage.
Compared to Proof-of-Work (PoW), Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) allows greater control over the blockchain by block creators, whereas PoW can be controlled through connections with more powerful processing units.
The Broadhash consensus mechanism enables the network to tolerate temporary network desynchronization.
Wallets generate a BIP39 mnemonic code during creation, used to generate a private key, which in turn generates a public key to clearly define the wallet address. This process allows users to access the entire system, with the number of possible wallet addresses approaching infinity.
All transactions are signed with a private key and encrypted using strong cryptographic algorithms such as Ed25519 and EdDSA.
All information is encrypted on the source device (using Curve25519, Salsa20, and Poly1305 algorithms) and decrypted at the receiving end.
Client applications do not share password phrases and private keys with the network. All encryption functions occur on local devices.
Unlike P2P chat software, user IPs cannot be tracked.

 


 

Technical Solutions

System Architecture
ADAMANT is fully decentralized using a Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) algorithm. This architecture was chosen for the following reasons:
DPoS allows all transactions and transfers to be confirmed within 5 seconds, which is crucial for message delivery.
DPoS reduces system maintenance costs – unlike PoW, this algorithm does not require expensive computational power or electricity consumption.
Fixed transfer fees.
High scalability and stable usability.
The ADAMANT system consists of two types of nodes: main nodes containing complete chain information and participating in block forging, and portable clients running data encryption on endpoints. All blockchain operations are handled by the main nodes, while portable clients connect via HTTP protocol and use a specific API to transmit all data in JSON format.
Requirements for main node environments:
Linux server (Ubuntu), installable on other platforms via Docker.
Node.JS application server.
PostgreSQL server for storing blockchain data.
Portable clients were developed using:
Progressive Web App (PWA) – the next-generation web application model.
HTML5, JS, CSS, Vue – website programming languages and development frameworks.
Full nodes via a special API protocol.
All nodes communicate via P2P connections using the HTTP protocol.
Independent Blockchain
Due to the high gas fees associated with every transaction and message transfer, popular Ethereum-based blockchain solutions are not suitable for the ADAMANT network. Therefore, ADAMANT uses an independent blockchain solution, which keeps transfer fees low and allows for autonomous adjustment based on token price in the future.
Proof-of-Work (PoW) is also unsuitable for ADM, as it would be costly and lead to increasing transaction fees with growing participation.
To implement server-side and blockchain functionality, we adopted the Lisk projects code and extended it to meet ADMs specific needs.
ADAMANTs system architecture is flexible enough to adjust transaction fees as needed.
ADAMANT Transfers
Each block contains a varying number of transfers, requiring 6 to 10 confirmations. However, this is only a significant factor for token transfers; documents and messages require just one confirmation. Here are the various transfer types:
1. Direct token transfer.
2. Message transfer.
3. Chat hiding.
4. Updates, including personal information stored on the blockchain, address books, and settings.
5. Profile picture upload.
6. Group chat creation.
7. Conversation closure.
8. Document transfer (stored on nodes).
9. Document signing.
10. Delegate registration.
11. Voting.
All transfer types require a fee paid to delegates to maintain the network.
Data Volume Stored
It is difficult to estimate the volume of data that will be stored on ADAMANT nodes, but some preliminary assumptions can be made. We expect around 10,000 messages per day in the first year, increasing to 100,000 messages per day in subsequent years.
Assuming an average message size of 100 characters, the amount of data required to store a message is approximately 100 characters * 2 bytes * encryption increase factor of 1.5, totaling about 300 bytes.
In this case, the space required to store these messages in the first year is 10,000 messages * 365 days * 300 bytes = 1 GB, potentially increasing to 10 GB in subsequent years. The ADAMANT blockchain size could grow to 50 GB or more over the next decade.
Delegates receive fees from these message transfers, amounting to 10,000 * 365 * 0.005 (in the first year), totaling 18,250 ADM, gradually increasing to 182,500 ADM in the second year.
Considering delegates also earn rewards from block forging, the rising market price of ADM tokens, and low storage costs, they can gain more revenue, effectively supporting the ADAMANT base network.
