The ADC is an initiative of the Africa Development Blockchain Foundation, established under the framework of Sino-African friendship and cooperation as well as the Belt and Road Initiative. Its purpose is to leverage blockchain technology to further promote bilateral cooperation across various sectors and levels, supporting African countries—especially least developed nations such as Tanzania—in areas such as infrastructure development, internet construction, tourism resource development, and healthcare.
ADC (Africa Development Chain) is an intrinsic utility token within the ADC Chain ecosystem, serving as a medium for value measurement, storage, and incentives that enables value transfer and payments between the main chain and sub-chains, as well as among sub-chains. Examples include paying transaction fees, purchasing business resources, and incentivizing contributions. Holders of ADC can also receive dividends from the ecosystems generated revenues, distributed according to their node rights ratio.
