The CICC was issued by CAICA Inc. in October 2016, aimed at allowing its shareholders to experience crypto assets. The CICC has been listed on a cryptocurrency exchange registered with Japans FSA, so we can say that the CICC is a fully regulated token. Currently, it can be used as a payment token to purchase some of the products and services offered by CAICA, such as original reports on blockchain.
