HCASH is a new decentralized, open-source, cross-system digital cryptocurrency that will serve as the connection point for all blockchain systems, enabling the free exchange of value and information between different blockchain systems.
HCASH completed its HCASH 2.0 mainchain upgrade in August 2018 – upgrading the existing Hshare chain to the HyperCash mainchain (HC) and forming a dual-chain structure together with the HyperExchange mainchain (HX), which was incubated by HCASH. As two core hubs of the HCASH ecosystem, they will work together to establish value interoperability between the HCASH ecosystem and blockchain systems like BTC and ETH, as well as non-blockchain distributed ledgers (DAGs).
The HC chain fully implements quantum resistance and privacy protection, supports a hybrid consensus of PoW + PoS, and focuses on deep research and development of blockchain foundational technologies, providing the value tokens necessary to maintain the stability of HyperExchange. Additionally, HCASH will conduct targeted upgrades for all the technical features proposed for HC: anti-ASIC, the intelligent Lightning Network protocol HAILP (HCASH AI Lightning Protocol), and smart contracts are already on the roadmap for further development. Together, HyperCash and HyperExchange will provide solutions for inter-blockchain value interoperability and enable free circulation of information and value between blockchain and non-blockchain distributed ledgers (such as DAGs), laying the foundation for a multi-asset distributed business application ecosystem.
HCASH Technical Applications
1. Decentralized Autonomous Governance
A community-led autonomous governance model can fully meet the needs of the HCASH community, ensure decision-making efficiency, and create a more sustainable and inclusive development environment.
2. PoW + PoS Hybrid Mechanism
Under the PoW + PoS hybrid consensus mechanism, all PoW-generated blocks must be validated by PoS miners before being added to the blockchain. Both miners and stakeholders can participate in block production, greatly ensuring against the possibility of mining monopolies while ensuring network security.
3. Privacy Protection Protocol
HCASH implements the post-quantum lattice RingCT protocol and improves and optimizes zk-snarks, offering customers using our platform more effective options to protect their future privacy.
4. Post-Quantum Signature Technology
HCASH supports multiple post-quantum signature schemes and is compatible with traditional ECDSA signatures, providing advanced security protection options for users in future quantum computing environments.
