KAI is an irredeemable utility token solely used as a unit of exchange among members participating in the KardiaChain ecosystem. Its creation aimed to provide a convenient, secure, and simple payment method for members when interacting with the KardiaChain ecosystem. Ownership of KAI tokens does not represent any ownership, participation, right, title, or interest in the Foundation, the Distributor, or any affiliate, company, or representative and confers no entitlement or commitment regarding fees, dividends, revenue, profits, or investment returns. It also does not constitute or belong to any securities in Singapore or any relevant jurisdiction.
