Persistence is a multi-asset protocol focused on liquid staking (pSTAKE), NFTs (Asset Mantle), and commodities (Comdex). The Persistence ecosystem products are designed to stimulate global liquidity and enable seamless value exchange.
The core mainnet of Persistence is a proof-of-stake chain powered by the Tendermint BFT consensus engine. Persistence’s multi-chain technology stack (currently supporting Cosmos, Ethereum, and other Tendermint-based chains) abstracts complexity for developers, enabling them to create DEXs, marketplaces, lending platforms, and more.
Persistence is also working with leading PoS networks/foundations to develop an IBC NFT/metadata standard and supports the development of the PoS ecosystem through its validator AUDIT.one.
Features
1. Asset Tokenization
Tokenizing real-world assets using NFTs and bringing them onto the DeFi ecosystem’s chain.
2. Asset Exchange
Cross-chain trading of crypto and real-world assets (NFT marketplace).
3. Liquidity Aggregation
Investing/lending in various stablecoin liquidity pools backed by real-world assets.
Persistence SDK
The Persistence Software Development Kit (SDK) is a suite of standardized tools or “modules” that can be used to model marketplace platforms to facilitate the exchange of value. These modules can be integrated into existing applications, and they can be used in different combinations to form new markets.
The SDK is continuously expanding to meet the needs of new use cases and dApps entering the Persistence ecosystem. However, through the existing modules, end-to-end trade and trade financing journeys can be covered:
- Onboarding of organizations and their employees
- Granting relevant access to onboarded employees
- Conducting relevant KYC/AML checks
- Verifiable document fingerprinting
- Tokenization of documents representing “real-world” assets
- Marketplace elements matching buyers and sellers, including negotiation
- Trade settlement and financing
