Stacker Ventures is a blockchain protocol deployed on Ethereum, driven by a community whose members make investment and management decisions for the funds raised. Structured as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), Stacker Ventures launches a decentralized venture capital fund. Deep contributors within the community will assist in the growth of funded projects while also overseeing the operation of the fund. The first fund issued by the Stacker Ventures DAO, based on blockchain technology, will invest in promising startup projects.

STACK is the governance token within the Stacker Ventures ecosystem, allowing token holders to participate in decision-making regarding the use of ecosystem funds, including the operations of Fund One, optimization of the Stacker Ventures protocol, operations of the community accelerator (coming soon), and governance of related projects.
To reward contributing community members, the fund may allocate a portion of its funds or benefits to STACK holders who have made contributions. Fund One will transfer 5% of its assets into the Stacker Ventures treasury.
