Consensus Algorithm

BonusCloud employs a hybrid consensus algorithm of DPoS + PBFT. Accountants are periodically elected by workers based on contribution values, which are calculated based on a series of factors (provided computing power, network bandwidth capability, transmitted data volume, data storage capacity, data storage time, node health status, etc.), and once they become accountants, some factor values are reset to encourage continued service provision to application users in the next cycle. Accountants must deposit a certain amount of stake as collateral, which is refunded after they cease being accountants. If proven malicious, their collateral is deducted and returned to the community. After the election of accountants is completed, the current list of accountants is randomly ordered (ensuring that the order of accountants in each round is different and cannot predict the order of accountants in the next round), then each accountant creates a block in turn. If an accountant obtains accounting rights but is not online, the accounting rights are transferred to the next accountant in order, without deducting collateral or gaining accounting rights, but reducing relevant factor values for the next election.
