CoinControllerCash is a token issued by Kolin Foundation Ltd., based in Singapore, to reflect the profit and loss of the foundations external investment projects and its own asset operations. Kolin Foundation Ltd., established on February 14, 2018, focuses on investing in digital industry forms under a compliant framework, has broad involvement in the practical applications of industrial blockchain, and also provides digital currency asset management for high-net-worth clients.

CCC Tokens

CCC is an irrevocable token that will serve as a unit of exchange among participants on the CoinControl fund. The introduction of CCC aims to provide a convenient and secure payment and settlement model for participants interacting on the CoinControl fund. CCC does not represent any equity, participation, rights, ownership, or interest in the foundation, its branches, or any other company, enterprise, or business in any way. CCC will not charge any fees to token holders, including dividends, income, profits, or returns on investment, and it is not intended to constitute securities or any related jurisdiction in Singapore. CCC may only be used on the CoinControl fund, and ownership of CCC carries no express or implied rights other than the right to use CCC for interaction and usage on the CoinControl fund.

You understand and accept that CCC:
1. Is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed by the foundation or any affiliate for cash (or its equivalent in any other virtual currency) or to fulfill any payment obligations;
2. Does not represent or grant any rights to token holders regarding the foundations (or any of its affiliates) revenue or assets in any form (including but not limited to the right to receive future dividends, income, shares, ownership, equity, securities, any voting, distributions, redemptions, liquidation, ownership (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial, legal rights, intellectual property, or other forms of participation in CoinControl fund, the foundation, dealers, or their service providers related to other forms of intellectual property);
3. Does not represent any rights under a contract, or claim or attempt to profit and avoid losses under any other contract;
4. Does not represent currency (including electronic money), securities, commodities, bonds, debt instruments, or any other financial instrument or investment;
5. Is not a loan to the foundation or any of its affiliates, does not intend to represent debt owed by the foundation or any of its affiliates, and does not expect to generate profits;
6. Does not provide any ownership or other interests in the foundation or any of its affiliates to token holders.
