Incognito is a global community built by privacy-conscious builders, aimed at protecting the world from surveillance and control. PRV was initially designed as a utility token, but it can now be better understood as a builder token. Contributors to the network should own a portion of these tokens. PRV will be allocated to everyone participating in it.
