OECoin is an "ocean environmental protection project," in which a certain amount of OEToken is mined synchronously when the HGP Hypochlorous Acid (HOCL) generators electrolysis device operates. The mined OETokens can be swapped on a 1:1 basis for OECoin based on the erc-20 chain.
