Continuous maintenance, management, and storage of data by TAMY Advisory ensure effective housing management, preventing unnecessary repairs and services. Token Functionality and Use Cases
The services provided by ThanksAngel are broadly categorized into three: TAMY Advisory, ThanksCare, and the Membership Mall.
TAMY Advisory: TAMY (an abbreviation for ThanksAngel Manager Y) is the name of lifetime advisors who manage members properties in a healthy and comfortable state through friendly and professional services. All TAMY advisors have completed extensive training and possess the necessary experience in their respective fields. Their tasks include cleaning care services, construction/renovation consulting, sales of building products, and finding labor for construction orders. Additionally, TAMY advisors provide useful information to members to attract more members, expand business scope, and continuously train service products. TAMY plays a crucial role in ThanksAngels operations.
ThanksCare: ThanksAngel establishes a negotiation-free process between customers and contractors by providing standardized pricing and services required for repairing single houses, townhouses, and apartment units. This standardized process, known as "ThanksCare," is based on years of service experience and is divided into four categories, comprising 24 types of home repair services, six types of home care services, five types of cleaning services, and six types of rental products.
Membership Mall: An exclusive discount mall for members where they can purchase daily necessities, household appliances, rental products, etc. For a monthly fee of just 7,700 KRW, members also enjoy additional benefits.
The users of the Tamy token (TMT) include all Angel members, TAMY advisors, contractors, and home care companies involved in ThanksAngel’s services. They participate in the TMT ecosystem and use TAMY tokens as a medium for service utilization and value exchange.
