| Coin Intro | "SAFE (Yieldfarming.Insure) is a DeFi product that allows users to mine by purchasing insurance. Users can stake relevant tokens in supported pools to earn SAFE tokens. Yieldfarming introduces a new type of farming – Insurance Mining. The projects goal is to encourage farmers to purchase insurance for their staked assets and hold shares in yNFTs (allocated to them via yinsure.finance). In return, stakers receive $SAFE.
Since yInsure offers two types of insurable currencies (ETH and DAI), there will be two pools: one for yNFT(ETH) and another for yNFT(DAI). The reward rate for users in the yNFT pools is calculated based on the Adjusted Covered Value. This value is calculated by multiplying the original insurance amount by the percentage of time remaining until expiration.
