The SYNC network addresses these issues by offering a viable solution through tradable equity that binds Uniswap liquidity pairs with a fully distrustless ERC-20 token (SYNC). SYNC enables users to earn interest by engaging in crypto bonds tied to Uniswap liquidity pair tokens. Crypto bonds are NFT (ERC-721) tokens with collectible attributes, accruing interest rates, and the ability to be traded and speculated on individually in secondary markets. The SYNC Network is dedicated to bringing stability and risk mitigation to decentralized finance by securing long-term holdings of liquidity pairs. The SYNC network can help lay the necessary, stable foundation for a more comprehensive and robust distrustless economy within the DeFi space. -The SYNC network consists of two main contracts: the SYNC ERC-20 contract and the Crypto Bond ERC-721 contract. Through interactions with crypto bond investors, the total supply of SYNC tokens exhibits inflationary and deflationary properties. Although a long-term investment, crypto bonds share no similarities with traditional financial bonds. The name originates from the combination of liquidity pairs and our own token. Crypto bonds provide proof of long-term positions in DeFi liquidity pools and will naturally reinforce the core of DeFi finance. They are tradable long-term (90 days - 3 years) stakes – binding Uniswap liquidity pair tokens with SYNC. When crypto bonds are created, deflation occurs, burning SYNC from the total supply. Using crypto bonds, investors can lock liquidity pair tokens into SYNC at a corresponding dollar-to-dollar value with a guaranteed rate in SYNC at maturity. A dividend-paying version is also available. As such, this occurs during inflation, yielding principal plus interest. The SYNC crypto bond interest rate self-balances through a daily automatically adjusted interest rate. The interest rate of the bond depends on three factors: 1. The total supply of SYNC in the market. 2. The term of the guarantee. 3. The total amount of the liquidity pair token guaranteed.
